Head of GTM Enablement
A company is looking for a Head of GTM Enablement to lead enablement programs and tools for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the enablement roadmap across the customer journey
Partner with cross-functional leaders to align training and tools with business priorities
Build and scale onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or GTM leadership, with 3-5 years in a management role
Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment supporting Sales and Customer Success teams
Deep familiarity with Gong, Seismic, Salesforce, and Gainsight
Strong understanding of sales and success methodologies
Proven track record of designing scalable enablement programs that deliver measurable results
