A company is looking for a Head of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning for Global Ocean Programs. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of the MEL framework to assess the effectiveness of interventions Track key performance indicators and conduct evaluations to inform program adjustments Document lessons learned and organize learning sessions for knowledge sharing Required Qualifications Master's degree in monitoring and evaluation, ocean conservation, fisheries management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience 7-10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, with regional and national experience Proven experience in designing and implementing MEL frameworks in relevant programs Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and NGOs
