Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operational processes supporting the partner ecosystem, including integration and ongoing support
Build and lead a partner support team to provide high-quality technical and operational assistance
Define and execute the vision and strategy for partner operations and support, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in partner management, operations, or support roles, preferably in financial services or software
Proven experience in leading teams and scaling operations in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of financial services software and SaaS business models
Proficiency in CRM and support tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
