Head of Resident Experience
A company is looking for a Head of Resident Experience to lead and enhance resident satisfaction and retention in the single-family rental industry.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a holistic resident experience strategy to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Lead the development of resident-focused initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to resident satisfaction and retention rates
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Five+ years of experience in resident/customer experience leadership within the SFR or property management industry
Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and technology trends that enhance customer experiences
Exceptional analytical skills focused on leveraging data to drive decisions
Familiarity with the nuances of the SFR industry, including leasing and resident management practices
