Key Responsibilities Handle calls on demand and communicate effectively between non-English and English speakers Conduct intake and pre-session scripting for each client while maintaining professionalism Render accurate concepts and meanings, managing the flow of conversation according to client instructions Required Qualifications Full fluency in English and Hebrew 2+ years of professional interpreting experience Strong understanding of cultural nuances and medical terminology Ability to remain neutral and objective during calls Completion of a training program in the interpreting/language industry is a plus
