Key Responsibilities Provide expertise in HEDIS data analytics and support multiple payers with NCQA and state submissions Develop data-driven metrics to identify gaps and implement interventions for performance improvement Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and present data results to clients using Microsoft Teams Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a health care delivery organization 2+ years of HEDIS experience focused on data analysis 2+ years of data analysis experience with final submission files 1+ years of experience writing SQL code Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
