Help Desk Application Analyst
A company is looking for a Help Desk Application Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve application issues by analyzing user impact, documenting findings, and escalating to Tier 3 support
Participate in daily calls with stakeholders to review high-profile issues and updates
Monitor and investigate TMS report success rates and import errors, collaborating with relevant teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience
Associate's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field preferred; or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Plateau certification
Working knowledge of web-based applications and data access mechanisms
Experience with database management and administration tools, including SQL
