Help Desk Support Network Administrator
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support/Network Administrator to support the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and manage the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware
Monitor network performance, address connectivity issues, and implement security measures
Establish user accounts and maintain documentation for system configurations and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
5 - 8+ years of relevant experience in application support or development
Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
