HR Business Partner Director
A company is looking for a Director, HR Business Partner (Product).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to executives, influencing key priorities and workforce needs
Lead talent planning activities and organizational design initiatives to support business growth
Analyze trends and metrics to develop effective organizational and people strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
10-12 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR consulting or HR Business Partner roles
Experience in Organizational Design and workforce planning
Strong understanding of product development and its connection to talent management
Proven ability to identify and address people issues affecting business performance
