HR Colleague Relations Partner
A company is looking for a Colleague Relations Partner I (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide support in employee relations processes
Coach and consult managers and employees on performance issues and corrective actions
Conduct investigations for Ethics Helpline complaints and prepare reports on employee relations trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline; JD or Master's preferred
3+ years of Human Resources experience with knowledge of federal and state regulations
Ability to understand statistical inferences and metrics
Broad HR generalist skills including employee relations
Technical expertise with state and federal regulations regarding labor laws preferred
