HR Data Analytics Manager
A company is looking for an HR Data & Analytics Manager to drive strategic workforce insights and streamline HR analytics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver recurring and ad hoc HR dashboards and reports (attrition, DEI, performance, hiring, engagement)
Partner with HR, TA, and business leaders to turn data into strategy
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
Qualifications:
8+ years in HR analytics or workforce reporting
5+ years working with Workday
2+ years working with Power BI
Experience in HR metrics, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and stakeholder engagement
