A company is looking for an HR Experience Specialist for the LATAM region. Key Responsibilities Serve as the in-house HR expert for LATAM, managing complex employee lifecycle matters Oversee the EOR employee lifecycle including onboarding, off-boarding, and performance management Provide high-level support to EOR employees and assist in generating reports and HRIS administration Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of international HR professional experience in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and certifications in HR are a valuable asset Fluency in English and Spanish is required Strong analytical skills for resolving complex HR issues Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is a plus
