HR Generalist
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, assist with conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with policies and laws
Support performance management processes, analyze performance data, and assist in developing individual development plans
Provide HR data and reporting insights to support decision-making and assist in talent acquisition efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
