Key Responsibilities Respond to employee queries via case management tool, adhering to SLAs Ensure interactions with employees are precise and lead to maximum satisfaction Manage employee documentation, including verification and new hire documents Required Qualifications Exceptional customer service orientation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management Experience with HR Management Systems such as Workday and Service Now Experience in a shared services center or customer service environment, preferably within HR Willingness to work a 100% night shift (10 PM - 6 AM IST)
