Manage HR operations and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and accurate personnel data
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and total rewards programs for competitive offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
5+ years in HR operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Experience with HRIS and payroll tools for data-driven decision-making
Proven track record in coaching leaders through performance management processes
