HR Service Delivery Analyst
A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR support on topics such as benefits, payroll, and policies
Resolve requests efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Provide support for HR document updates and create content for the HR portal
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Knowledge of HR policies and processes
Proficiency in English
Preferred knowledge of HR systems/tools, such as SuccessFactors and payroll systems
Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources is preferred
