HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator
A company is looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator (100% remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers
Administer compensation and benefits plans, and assist in employee onboarding
Support the HR department in managing grievances, performance evaluations, and employee engagement programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology, or related field preferred
Proven experience in HR and talent acquisition is a plus
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
