HRIS Analyst III
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst III - Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
Serve as a liaison between the HRIS Manager and the Core HR project team, managing communication and escalation of issues
Analyze HR processes for automation opportunities and assist with training and documentation for the Core HR project team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of HR-related analyst experience
Experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and/or Payroll modules
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel
Experience with other HRIS applications, such as ADP, SAP, or Workday, is preferred
