A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and operation of the Human Resource Information System. Key Responsibilities Provide second tier support for HR & Payroll on HRIS issues Monitor and maintain data integrity procedures and processes in HRIS Train HR & Payroll on HRIS processes and create reports to meet business and legal requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant working experience Prior experience working with UKG system Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) HR knowledge related to employee life cycle and payroll Previous experience with Workday or SOX is preferred
