Human Factors Engineer

A company is looking for a Human Factors Engineer (HFE) / Usability Engineer (UE). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into product designs and user interfaces Support usability activities including study planning, data collection, and analysis to enhance product design Prepare documentation for development activities and regulatory submissions while ensuring compliance with HFE best practices Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED with 8 years, Associate's degree with 6 years, Bachelor's degree with 2 years, or Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering/Usability Engineering Experience in medical devices, combination products, and relevant regulations and standards Proficiency in conducting and analyzing various human factors methodologies and studies Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and clinical teams to improve user experience Experience in user interface evaluations and ergonomic design considerations
