A company is looking for a Manager Human Resources (Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Guide and direct the HR team in completing daily tasks and managing performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Finance or equivalent experience
Seven or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
Three years of management experience preferred
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or related certification preferred
