IAM Support Engineer
A company is looking for an IAM/IDM Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for IAM/IDM systems including IBM Tivoli, Okta, and Entra ID
Perform user lifecycle management tasks such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, and integration issues across applications
Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli Access Manager/IBM Security Verify
Experience with Okta Identity Cloud, particularly in user management and API integrations
Solid experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) environments
Knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements
