Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of electrical distribution engineers to ensure project delivery and technical excellence Allocate resources to projects based on staff competency and availability while meeting client expectations Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality assurance and risk management protocols are maintained Required Qualifications Minimum of 20 years of experience in utility distribution engineering (4kV-34kV) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a mandatory PE license Proven success in managing multidisciplinary teams and executing complex projects Strong project management experience including budget oversight and proposal development Commitment to team development and knowledge sharing
