Key Responsibilities Oversee the operation and education within the CPE Program, coordinating units of CPE and providing spiritual care Facilitate communication between clinical leadership and the chaplaincy team, and address performance issues of CPE students Recruit, schedule, and supervise CPE programs while ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and ethical directives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Completed four or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Board certification by a professional certifying organization ACPE Certified Educator or Certified Educator Candidate Master's degree in Theology or Pastoral Studies 4 years of progressive experience as a Chaplain
