Key Responsibilities Deliver implementation and ongoing managed services to clients, managing expectations and timelines Educate clients on software capabilities and facilitate onboarding activities, including integrations Proactively identify issues and manage stakeholder communications throughout the deployment cycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience Moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems Ability to conduct work assignments with some latitude for independent judgment Teamwork attitude and flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
