Infrastructure Support Engineer
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of escalation for high-complexity technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments
Analyze trends and system data to identify root causes and recommend systemic improvements
Independently manage support tickets, coordinating resolution across multiple teams and ensuring timely communication
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT support with increasing technical responsibilities
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies and understanding of networking concepts
Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments for both onsite and remote users
Proven ability to mentor peers and collaborate across teams
Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
