Innovation Engagement Advisor
A company is looking for an Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement Advisor (Home Based). Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee innovation labs that facilitate experimentation, prototype development, and applied research for startups Advise and manage strategic partnerships with universities, think tanks, and R&D institutions to drive research and sector intelligence Organize networking events and mentorship programs to enhance community engagement and position the hub as a thought leader Required Qualifications Advanced university degree (master's) in Social Sciences, International Development, or relevant fields, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience Minimum 10 years of professional experience in incubators, accelerators, or startup ecosystems in developing countries Extensive experience working with youth entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ecosystems Proficiency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable Good knowledge of the UN system and experience in Africa is an asset
