A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and implements evaluation strategies for learning solutions
Leads performance and job task analyses and collaborates with subject-matter experts
Independently develops training strategies, course structures, and sophisticated training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in Instructional Design, or High School Diploma/GED with nine years of relevant experience
Two years of experience with training needs assessments and/or performance consulting
Experience with instructional design methodology and operational processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with design tools like Articulate and Adobe Creative Cloud
