A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead to support customer engagement activities and event coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide segment-agnostic customer event support and oversee end-to-end coordination of customer events Support benefit educators in hiring, onboarding, and coaching while resolving inquiries and collaborating with business partners Engage in customer engagement reporting and project work to promote efficiency in customer engagement processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com) Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
