A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator I - PA Systems. Key Responsibilities Support operations of Clinical Services and update Clinical Authorization Criteria Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacists to create efficient explanations for Prior Authorization determinations Interface with technology support vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve clinical review processes Required Qualifications Must be registered with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician/Trainee within 30 days of employment Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, ICD-10, and NCPDP standards is highly advantageous Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in data entry services (DES) core functions, with preferred experience of 1-2 years Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
