IT Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems and related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Create, manage, and resolve service tickets in the IT ticketing system
Provide remote support to users and perform account management tasks in relevant systems
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience of 2-3 years
Experience with automotive dealership IT systems and DMS applications
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and Office 365 applications
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of network protocols and remote troubleshooting tools
