IT Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk professional to provide technical support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to support requests via IT ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person
Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field
Strong knowledge of Windows and iOS devices
Preferred: CompTIA IFT, CompTIA A+ certificates or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Azure AD, and Intune
