Key Responsibilities
Deliver industry best practice guidance and lead process change aspects of project delivery
Collaborate with clients and technical leads to define ITSM business process solutions and ensure alignment with business value outcomes
Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers to enhance solution adoption and organizational readiness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of consulting experience in ITSM-related process and platform implementation
5+ years of experience in process definition, mapping, and advising on best practices
ITIL v3 or v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and relevant certifications
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
