Kansas Licensed Customer Service Advocate
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on membership options, benefits, and account status
Review, verify, and process membership applications while ensuring data integrity
Maintain and update member information in CRM systems and perform regular audits for compliance
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2-4 years of experience in health insurance, customer service, or healthcare-related fields
Knowledge of healthcare medical terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
Ability to clear a background check
