A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Temporary. Key Responsibilities Performs analysis of files and processes, including transaction and monthly reports Conducts testing of upgraded systems and develops ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation Prepares and presents detailed reports with data-driven business recommendations to management Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or computer science preferred Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare/managed care industry Analytical experience in a healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio May require knowledge of SQL, Crystal, Diamond, Cognos, CRMS, or Access
