Key Client Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Key Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter support to account management teams regarding underwriting, ancillary products, and benefit design
Act as a liaison between account management teams and other support areas impacting client management
Assist in identifying gaps and developing strategies to improve sales, retention, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 10 years of experience in group health
Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Proficiency in personal computers and supporting software in a Windows environment
Knowledge of health insurance plans, healthcare delivery systems, and claim operations
