Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop curriculum areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs
Create engaging learning materials and deliver high-quality training sessions using effective facilitation techniques
Lead and mentor a learning team, fostering collaboration and providing professional development opportunities
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field
Advanced / Master Instructional Design Certification preferred
Expert knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Advanced proficiency in instructional design platforms and project management tools
