A company is looking for a Lead Researcher to support a UN-funded research project in El Salvador. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine research design and methodology for digital listening Oversee data collection and monitoring of digital conversations over a 12-month period Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify key actors, influencers, and themes Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Data Science, Public Policy, or related field with 10 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with 8 years of experience Proven track record in conducting at least 3 analysis projects of digital narratives or public opinion Experience in developing and applying digital data collection tools Demonstrated experience using digital platforms for analysis, including social media Fluency in English and Spanish is required
