Actuary Benefit Strategy Consultant

A company is looking for a Benefit Strategy Consultant, Actuary to develop strategic plan design recommendations and support financial forecasting for plan sponsors. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely delivery of materials and meet internal and external deadlines Lead and coordinate enhancements to tools and processes utilized by the Benefit Strategies team Model and forecast plan performance for new clients and provide renewal support for existing clients Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline 3+ years of experience in a health benefit financial/pricing role Familiarity with health plan analytic principles and techniques to interpret plan experience data Data manipulation and presentation skills, including proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint Proven ability to build relationships externally while collaborating with sales teams
