Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for engineering teams in a B2B SaaS environment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Analyze and enhance recruiting processes using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience mentoring and providing strategic guidance to junior recruiters
Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements in hiring processes
Expertise in sourcing technical talent through multiple channels
