Product Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst 2.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to users for CRM and TEA Help Desk systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation
Develop and conduct training programs for users at all levels to enhance their understanding of the systems
Monitor and resolve software support incidents, ensuring quality analysis and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-7 years of experience in a related field
4 years of experience using Atlassian Jira Products (Service Desk and Software)
4 years of experience in end user testing of software releases
2 years of experience using Zendesk Help Desk (preferred)
2 years of experience using MS Modern Requirements (preferred)
