Learning and Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support talent development and learning programs. Responsibilities: Support the implementation and execution of learning programs to enhance employee engagement and retention Develop and deliver engaging eLearning and instructor-led training sessions using adult learning principles Assist in the facilitation of leadership development programs and evaluate training success through assessments Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in organizational learning/training in a virtual setting Experience in creating engaging content that aligns with company initiatives preferred Highly self-motivated and able to work independently on projects Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Collaborative team player with strong organizational and time management skills
