A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to oversee and optimize their learning platform. Key Responsibilities: Administer the LMS, managing user access, course uploads, and system updates Collaborate with teams to publish and manage learning programs and certifications Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and generate training reports Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an LMS Manager or similar role in learning technology Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Intellum, etc.) Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI Strong analytical skills with proficiency in generating learning reports Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
