Leave of Absence Analyst

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence and Accommodations Analyst (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage and track employee leave and accommodation cases in compliance with relevant laws and company policies Assist in the leave administration process and facilitate the return-to-work process for employees Communicate with stakeholders regarding leave requests and provide training on leave policies and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing leave of absence and accommodations cases Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platforms and leave management systems Strong analytical skills to interpret regulatory requirements and identify compliance risks
