Leave Program Specialist
A company is looking for a Leave Program Specialist responsible for leave of absence administration and case management. Key Responsibilities Administer leave of absence programs in compliance with federal and state laws and manage leave claims Maintain communication with employees on leave and coordinate the return-to-work process Track leave usage and collaborate with HR and payroll to ensure accurate processing of leave-related pay and benefits Required Qualifications Minimum High School diploma with 3 years of Human Resources experience At least 3 years of leave administration experience Knowledge of federal and state laws related to benefits administration Ability to use relevant software and work independently or in a team environment Experience in benefits administration is helpful
