Legal Customer Success Consultant
A company is looking for a Legal Customer Success Consultant for Large Law Firms (JD Preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Manage client satisfaction and success with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects
Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for client onboarding and retention
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Legal or technology-related background is beneficial
