Key Responsibilities

Ensure retention and growth by monitoring account health and identifying upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Creative, Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of customer-facing experience and account management, preferably in Creative/Ad Agencies or SaaS
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage expectations
Solid understanding of design principles and small business management
Data-driven mindset with strong time management and process-driven skills
