SMB Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a SMB Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own and proactively manage a book of SMB accounts focusing on customer health, adoption, retention, and expansion
Run scalable customer engagement programs to efficiently deliver value across the customer base
Track engagement, identify expansion signals, and manage upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields in a high-velocity environment
Experience managing a book of SMB or mid-market accounts, preferably in a tech-touch model
Experience in establishing early-stage customer success programs
Proficient in using CRM and customer engagement platforms
Bonus: Experience in wealth management or B2B SaaS customer success roles
