Licensed Clinical Care Advocate
A company is looking for a Clinical Care Advocate to support patients by addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses via phone, email, or chat
Assist patients with medical questions, medication tracking, and dosing instructions while advocating for their healthcare access
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience and maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and services
Required Qualifications
Prior healthcare experience is required; backgrounds such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) are preferred
Strong understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures
Proficiency with technology platforms, including electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth software
Experience with GLP-1 weight loss medications and prior experience in a telehealth or digital health setting is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
