Licensed Customer Service Advocate
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate, Commercial Auto.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and relevant service to customers and partners through various communication channels
Assist in handling email requests, policy issuance, billing inquiries, and follow-up communication
Participate in ongoing training and onboarding of new customer service hires
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
1+ years of customer service, administrative, or sales experience is required
1+ years of insurance industry experience required, with a preference for commercial insurance
Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required
Proficient in Google Suite applications
