Key Responsibilities
Support new and existing customer websites and troubleshoot routine issues
Test and audit software configurations to ensure proper functioning
Assist in developing relationships with account teams, vendors, and customers to improve retention
Required Qualifications
Licensure in Life and Health Insurance
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of applicable software and implementation experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite
1-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance, human resources, or financial sectors
